Due to our extremely limited stock, you must return your items to the address provided within 10 days from the day you received your package if the item is eligible for return. All returns or canceled orders incur a 15% restocking fee. As soon as you place your order, we get started on it since the distance from Liberia to your home is quite the journey 💛💛

The Bombchel Factory allows a store credit, or an even exchange both online and in store (Monrovia) after a fair review via email of why the item is being returned. Please note that all online returns must be processed online and not at our Monrovia location. For in store returns all tags must be attached and the original receipt AND form of payment must be present to complete the return.
Email firstname.lastname@example.org to explain the nature of the return for approval and mailing address. Please also include a tracking number so we can confirm receipt of return as we do not have regular access to the return address. This is crucial. It's in bold on the top of the page.
If a garment is labelled 'Quick Sale,' it is not eligible for a return or refund. As The Bombchel Factory is a training facility, A Quick Sale item is likely discounted for a small factory issue.
If a garment is made custom it is not eligible for a return or refund unless received damaged, defective, or the wrong item(s) shipped. Mostly, assume we will swap your item out until you're happy with it, because as a small business we really really want you to be satisfied, and not just give up on us. We learn from EVERY SINGLE INTERACTION. Please pay attention to our size chart to avoid issues. We will alter custom items that don't fit, but customer will be required to pay additional shipping to and from destination.
We are not responsible for items that are lost in the mail but we will do what we can to help you find them! Please file a claim with the USPS and we will work on customer satisfaction on a case by case basis.
