Because our clothes are as individual as the clients who wear them and the women who make them, we offer custom designs as often as possible. Space is limited so we can ensure happy customers, so place your order when you can! Custom Items are marked as Custom, but feel free to inquire about customizing any of our products for an additional fee. Send requests to

Please allow 3-4 weeks from order to fulfillment of your custom garment. Average shipping time is 2 weeks, NOT including time for manufacturing. If you’re in a rush, consider buying in store and not online as all of our shipping times are approximations. *We do not guarantee shipping times or issue refunds due to time schedules. Please talk to us in advance if you have a necessary due date.*

You will receive a tracking notification when your garment leaves Liberia. It can take up to a week to be scanned into a US post office from that time.

Can I pay a rush fee to guarantee delivery in half the time?

Sure thing love! We offer a guaranteed rush for $50 per item (or set). Let us know if you're interested and we can let you know if your order is eligible for rush. Customized Rush Orders are NOT eligible for discounts. Custom orders are eligible for discounts as long as there isn't a rush. Sale offers CANNOT be combined.

Why does shipping take so long?

Everything is coming from our factory in Liberia, so our shipments aren't as frequent or as fast as we would like just yet, but we are making everything with love and hope you understand. You will receive a tracking notification when your garment leaves Liberia. It can take up to a week to be scanned into a US post office from that time.

Please allow 3-4 weeks from order to fulfillment of your custom garment. Our average shipping time is 2 weeks, so please fill out your surveys ASAP so we can move along. We say 3-4 weeks because we really don't want you trippin' in our emails...

Why is everything so limited?

We have worked with the same local cloth "market women" since Archel sold dresses in her pickup truck. Many times there is simply not enough fabric to create a bunch of the same item. Please check back as we will restock favorites in beautiful patterns as frequently as possible.

Do you still do pop up shops?

Do you have a physical store?

Yes! We have a boutique right under the factory in Monrovia! We are located in the YES Transport Compound on Camp Johnson Rd, in Central Monrovia. Our hours are 10am-6pm Wednesday-Saturday. We also have an Atlanta location inside Ponce City Market upstairs. Returns and exchanges from online orders will require an online confirmation first.

How long does shipping take?

Most of our items are made to order, but we are working toward changing this as we grow. Please allow 1-3 days to process your order and we can estimate a delivery time for you. We don't anticipate any shipping to take longer than 3 weeks, but we do not guarantee a shipping time.

Talk to me about Sales!!

Sometimes we have sales to promote... well... sales. Sales cannot be combined or returned. If there is a need for a size exchange, the customer will be expected to cover all shipping costs. Most sale purchases are final sale.

How do I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped from the US you will be emailed your tracking information. Please give your item up to a week from shipping notification receipt to see changes in movement. Usually it will take less, but USPS sometimes acts funny.

Can I get a refund?

Please see our returns page! Please note that custom orders can NOT be returned, exchanged, or refunded unless there's an error from us or the item is shipped defective. We can, however, offer a size adjustment in many cases. Usually the customer has to cover additional shipping costs but this ends up cheaper than alterations in many cases. You have two weeks from the arrival date of your package to send us a shipping confirmation that shows the garment is on its way back to us so we can alter the garment for you. TWO WEEKS PLEASE. The Bombchel Factory does not refund shipping costs when product is returned. Requests for refunds based on shipping time will be denied, but please let us know in advance if you are on a schedule. We work hard to make our clients happy!

Shipping & Delivery

The Bombchel Factory utilizes multiple order shipping methods. We ship anywhere in the world from Atlanta, GA. If you’re in Liberia, please let us know as we allow pick ups from our Monrovia store and codes for free shipping. Please allow 1-5 business days for your order to be processed. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will begin processing the following Monday. Orders placed on Federal Holidays, regardless of day or time, will begin processing on the following business day. All orders are shipped via UPS or USPS. To track your order at anytime, you'll be able to use your UPS of USPS Tracking number. UPS SHIPPING METHODS AND ESTIMATED TRANSIT TIMES: (Please allow 1-5 business days for your order to be processed) PLEASE NOTE: The Bombchel Factory does not guarantee specific delivery times. Shipping times are estimated and may vary depending on order processing time and the distance of the shipping address from our distribution center in Atlanta, GA. We try to be as green as possible. The Bombchel Factory is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Orders over $100 may require a signature at the time of delivery.

International customers may be required to pay import or duty fees to their local customs. The Bombchel Factory is not responsible for fees or taxes imposed by the customers local government.
